WALK THE LINE - Dog Walker Branding Shoot

Business & Branding

A sunny morning business & branding shoot with lots of wagging tails!

There are some shoots where you know from the beginning that you're going to spend most of the time laughing, and this was definitely one of them! Earlier this year, I headed to Baxter Park on a gorgeous sunny day with my friend Rosie, who runs Walk The Line, along with four of her very enthusiastic clients: Pudding, Bella, Ronnie and Poppy.

Rosie has been dog walking for years and is incredibly experienced when it comes to looking after dogs of all personalities. And it really shows - these four absolutely love her! They were their usual crazy, excitable selves, but Rosie knew exactly how to handle them, which made capturing all those natural moments so much fun.

When you book me for a business & branding shoot, I will always consider what environment will work best for the image you are trying to portray. In this case, we chose Baxter Park for the shoot because April had brought it to life with an absolute sea of daffodils. It was peak daffodil season, and the yellow flowers couldn't have been more perfect for Walk The Line's branding and colour palette. It gave the photos that lovely bright, cheerful spring feel while still feeling completely natural to the business.

I loved photographing Rosie doing what she does best, surrounded by dogs, laughing, walking and generally trying to keep four chaotic personalities under control!

A branding shoot doesn't always need to feel overly polished or staged. For a business like Walk The Line, capturing the real personality behind the business was much more important. Rosie is warm, experienced and clearly adored by the dogs she looks after, and I think these photos really capture that.

And yes, Pudding, Bella, Ronnie and Poppy were all completely chaotic.

But very, very cute. 🐾
